COVID-19 Conditions of Entry

  • At Pepper’s Run the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We would like to reassure everyone that we follow strict health and safety regulations and are adopting increased recommendations from the VIC Government as outlined below.

  • Any guest that displays flu-like symptoms will be refused entry.

  • Any guest that feels unwell is asked to stay home.

  • All guests must comply with directions from Pepper’s Run staff.

  • All guests must comply with all COVID-19 related restrictions.

  • During your visit to Pepper’s Run, you must follow social distancing guidelines with 1.5 metres separation between each other unless you are members of the same household or close contacts.

  • The wearing of face masks is recommended for use where physical distancing is not able to be maintained.

General Conditions of Entry

  • Pepper’s Run has features that are not fenced including walkways, driveways, and prickly roses that can be dangerous. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Entry to the Pepper’s Run flower patch is granted by paid admittance at reception prior to entering the patch.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • No filming or photography for commercial purposes should be carried out anywhere on the property without prior written consent from Pepper’s Run.

  • Drones are not permitted for use on the Pepper’s Run property without prior written consent from Pepper’s Run.

  • No BYO alcoholic beverages.

  • No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or skates permitted in or near the flower patch.

  • No dogs allowed (service animals excepted).

  • No smoking or e-cigarettes (including vapes) permitted anywhere on the property, including in the car park.

  • While visiting the farm, you may be filmed or photographed for marketing purposes.

  • It is an express condition of your entry and your participation in the activities conducted by Pepper’s Run that you do hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, assigns and next-of-kin and each of them release, waive and discharge Pepper’s Run, its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to your person or property or to that of any minor under your supervision, while on the property of Pepper’s Run.

  • Pepper’s Run reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with the conditions of entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and eject persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who are disorderly, or engage in inappropriate behaviour, vandalism or evade admission. Management reserves the right to inspect any bags, clothing and other items at all entry points or within the gardens at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons carrying a prohibited item. Persons 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times whilst in Pepper’s Run.

General Admission Terms and Conditions

  • General admission to the flower patch must be purchased prior to entering the flower patch.

  • General admission non-refundable.

 ‘Pick-Your-Own’ Terms and Conditions

  • General admission and purchase of ‘Pick-Your-Own’ vessel must be paid prior to commencing ‘Pick-Your-Own’ activity.

  • All equipment provided to guests must be returned prior to departure.

  • Persons 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times whilst visiting Pepper’s Run.

  • Persons 12 years and under will not be permitted to participate in ‘Pick-Your-Own’ activity without the accompaniment of a parent or guardian.

  • ‘Pick-Your-Own’ purchases non-refundable. All flowers and foliage cut must be paid for.

  • Vessel exchange acceptable subject to availability and at management’s discretion.

Notice of Filming and Photography

  • By entering the premises, or attending an event or program at Pepper’s Run, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

  • Your entry and presence on the premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Pepper’s Run and its initiatives, including but not limited to and by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

  • By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

  • You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please inform a Pepper’s Run staff member immediately.Online Bouquet Purchase Terms and Conditions

  • Bouquets purchased online subject to delivery terms stated on individual product pages and in ‘Delivery info’ section of Shop webpage.

  • Images on website are indicative only. Actual product composition may vary.

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, parcel will be left at delivery address and notice of delivery sent to purchaser. If we are unable to leave the bouquet in a safe place (e.g.: locked gate, dogs, etc), you may be charged a re-delivery fee. We will contact you in this event.

Online Bouquet Purchase Refund Policy

  • If you feel there are issues with your order, please contact hello@peppersrun.com.au with your concerns and we will do our best to rectify any problems.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged, please attach a clear photo with your inquiry. We will assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that any refund issued may take up to seven working days reach your account.

  • Due to the perishable nature of the products we provide, please ensure that you get in touch with us within one day of receiving the bouquet so that we can effectively deal with your query.

Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

Our Contract with you:

  • How your order will be accepted: Acceptance of your order will take place when Pepper’s Run (the “Merchant”) email you to accept and confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and the Merchant for the supply by the Merchant to you of the Goods (Contract).

  • If the Merchant can’t supply the Goods: If the Merchant is unable to supply you with the Goods, for example because the Goods are not in stock or no longer available, the Merchant will inform you of this by email. Pepper’s Run will refund you the full or partial amount dependent on delivery of Goods to date, including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible. I.e.: if you subscribe to a one delivery per month, three-month subscription and have received two of the three purchased goods, and Pepper’s Run cannot provide the third delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the third undeliverable item only.

  • Your legal rights: The Merchant is under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with the Contract.

  • Your order number: Pepper’s Run will assign an order number to your order and Pepper’s Run will tell you what it is when it accepts and confirms your order. It will help us if you can quote the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

  • You may be able to end your Contract with Pepper’s Run. Your right to end the Contract will depend on whether there is anything wrong with the Goods, how the Merchant is performing and when you decide to end the Contract. These are the circumstances in which you can end the Contract:

a)     If the Goods are not of satisfactory quality or mis-described you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the Goods replaced or to get some or all of your money back).

b)    Pepper’s Run has told you about an error in the price or description of the Goods you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed.

c)     There is a risk that supply of the Goods may be significantly delayed because of events outside the control of Pepper’s Run.

d)    You have a legal right to end the contract because of something Pepper’s Run has done wrong.

  • No right to change your mind once your order has been accepted: You do not have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund once your order has been accepted by Pepper’s Run as you have purchased perishable goods.

  • Tell Pepper’s Run you want to end the Contract: To end the Contract with the Merchant under the terms above, please let us know by email. You can email Pepper’s Run at hello@peppersrun.com.au. Please provide your name, billing address, details of the order, reason for cancellation and, where available, your phone number and email address.

  • What happens if you end the Contract under the above terms: If the Contract is ended under the above, Pepper’s Run will refund you the price you paid for the Goods including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.

  • When your refund will be made. Pepper’s Run will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Please note it may take up to 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Purchasing Online

  • Our method of tickets and deliverable goods purchase is through the Pepper’s Run website, with a major credit card. Your account will be debited at the time of ordering and payment processing fees may apply, reflecting bank fees and administration costs charged to Pepper’s Run for credit card transactions.

  • All credit card purchases are made through Stripe secure payment facility. Payment information is securely and confidentially processed by Stripe. Pepper’s Run does not have access to card details. If you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please notify us by email and contact your bank directly.

  • When purchasing online, the customer is agreeing to give access to their name, email address, postcode and any other personal information entered (excluding payment details) to Pepper’s Run. These details will be held confidentially by Pepper’s Run and used for processing, marketing and research purposes only. No details will be passed on to a third party.

Professional Photography

  • Professional photographers may book private sessions in the flower patch with their clients by prior arrangement only.

  • Pepper’s Run reserves the right to refuse entry should you arrive at the patch without a pre-arranged booking.

  • Bookings held by deposit (venue hire fee). Bookings may be cancelled up to 24hrs in advance without penalty. Bookings cancelled within 24hrs of scheduled commencement will incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend your booking will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount unless under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Pepper’s Run management. Other amounts paid such as prepaid hourly fees will be refundable.

Pepper’s Run reserves the right to adjust operating hours without prior notice.
